Damaging the boss

In the battle phase, you repeatedly battle the raid boss, and you dwindle its HP down a bit every time you beat it in a battle. The Raid Boss loses HP depending on how much damage you deal inside the battle. If you kill it, it loses the highest amount; however, if it kills you, it loses a smaller amount depending on how much damage you dealt.

As long as the boss is still alive, you can continue battling it by throwing your Pokémon at it like a normal cobblemon battle.

Healing

Since you cannot use healing machines or healing commands, you should use potions, revives, and elixirs between battles. If you do not have any, you've run out of luck, and you should hope some of the other contenders can finish it off; however, this will yield a worse reward for you.
