🔧Modrinth Launcher Guide (Recommended)
Step 1 - Install the Modrinth Launcher
To install the Modrinth launcher, click here.

Step 2 - Log Into Your Minecraft Account On The Modrinth Launcher
Make sure that you log on with any Minecraft account that you may use. DO NOTE THAT COBBLEMON RIVALS DOES NOT SUPPORT THE USAGE OF CRACKED ACCOUNTS OR ALTERNATE ACCOUNTS. USAGE OF THESE WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM THE SERVER

Step 3 - Search for the Cobblemon Rivals Mod pack
To do this, select the compass icon on the left hand side of the launcher, it will then pop up a page to search for mod packs, simply type in "Cobblemon Rivals" and it'll be the first mod pack that appears.

Step 4 - Install the Mod pack

By clicking on the install button above, it will automatically begin to install the Mod pack and all of its required mods. It will then appear on the left side of your launcher.
Step 5 - Mod Pack Set up
To set up the Mod pack for a smooth experience, you're going to want to click on the gear icon shown below.

Once you have clicked on the gear icon, you will enter a new menu. You will want to click on on "Java and Memory" which will allow you to change how much system memory you want to be used by Minecraft.

Make sure you have "Custom memory allocation" ticked and from there you can adjust the amount of memory (also known as RAM) to fit your PC hardware. This mod pack is well optimised so it can run on lower-end systems, here are some memory allocation recommendations if you're stuck:
2000MB/2GB - Minimum Memory required to run the mod pack, you will experience lag.
4000-6000MB/4 - 6GB - Recommended amount of memory to run the mod pack, dependent on load in the server if you lag or not.
8000MB+/8GB+ - More than enough memory to run the mod pack efficiently. You will experience little to no lag whilst playing.
Step 6 - Launch The Mod Pack
Once you are done allocating your system memory, you're ready to play! You can close the settings menu and hit the play button. You may have a popup that says that a certain mini-map mod pack is out of date, you can simply just press no if it requests to update it and you'll be set to join the server.
The server will be automatically put into the Server tab in the multiplayer section when you boot the game so all you have to do is load up the server! Enjoy!
